About Delivery Guarantees

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.

Note: The order within countdown reflects Usplin’s  delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that time frame, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

We will send you a tracking code so that you can verify the shipment and arrival of your order.

All products or their packaging have been sanitized to protect your health in case of mishandling.

Delivery and Packaging

USPLIN aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter.

To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen FEDEX, USPS, UPS for all US deliveries. We use DHL, UPS, Skynet OR BELUH for international deliveries.  As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and USPLIN is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

USPLIN insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you. If you request to waive the signature requirement, neither USPLIN nor the courier company will hold any responsibly for a lost package.

Please note that USPLIN nominated couriers do not deliver to a PO Box address. You will be contacted for an address amendment if a PO Box address is input at checkout, which could cause delays with the dispatch of your order.

Please note that due to requirements of Russian customs, all deliveries to Russia will require customers to provide us with the following information prior to the dispatch of their order.

All orders take a full 24 hours to process before shipping.

US Customers:

We ship to the continental US as well as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional shipping time for these locations.

All shipping based on business days which is Monday-Friday and excludes Holidays. BELUH, UPS, DHL, USPS and FEDEX packages maybe transferred to USPS for final delivery unless an expedited shipping method is chosen.
During the payment process the customer can select the shipping method, supplier and delivery time.

Shipping at Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America are handled by BELUH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES CORP, packages maybe transferred to other couriers (choosen for BELUH) for final delivery. (last mile delivery)

Other countries will be handled by FEDEX, DHL OR UPS, the customer can select the courier they prefer during the checkout process.

FAQ

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on your address of registry in the United States.
POBOX addresses in the United States are considered domestic shipping.
The shipping costs generated by the international courier that you are using or through BELUH will be at your expense.
From the moment USPLIN delivers the cargo (using domestic courier services) to your physical address or POBOX disclaims any responsibility and assumes that you received the cargo.

For select Buyer Arranges Shipping orders, you may have the option to collect the merchandise yourself so long as you have the proper shipping equipment to do so. Please review the shipping details on the merchadise that your buying to determine if self pick up will be allowed. Unless specifically stated otherwise, you will not be able to collect the merchandise yourself or opt out of the seller’s preferred shipping method.

You must complete payment prior to making any shipping

Following the procedures and best practices below will help ensure that your shipment is received, reviewed, and unpacked properly, which will reduce issues.

Do not refuse the shipment unless it is absolutely the wrong order.
Ensure that the pallet or box count matches your invoice and bill of lading. Take note of all identification numbers.
Review the delivery receipt, and sign only for services performed such as liftgate, inside delivery, or residential delivery. Keep a copy of your delivery receipt.
If you have the ability, check the weight of what you received against the weight on the bill of lading. If there is a large discrepancy, count the inventory to confirm.
Inspect the condition. If there are signs of excessive damage created by obvious carrier negligence, take pictures while the goods are in the trailer. In addition to taking photos, take detailed notes. Describe the issues, including pallet ID(s), on the delivery receipt or BOL.
Carefully unload and unpack your order. Be careful not to damage or misplace inventory that has already been received.
Keep copies of all forms and pictures for your records and in case you need to provide them to be reviewed.
Keeping in mind the original condition description, if further inspection reveals damage, stop. Document the issues, take pictures, and submit details using this form.

Keep in mind USPLIN ALWAYS will send to you, pictures when your purchase will be arranged and when is ready to send at your US address.
This is important because is a proof that USPLIN package correctly your goods and will be use for to compare when you get the goods in case your couriers or customs cause damages.

All merchandise is sold as is.
You will be able to dispute no more than 24 hours after you get the goods, this is the timeframe a dispute must be filed within to be eligible for consideration, along with any allowed variance percentage. To file a dispute, please fill this form. Supporting documentation will be required to show how the order received is not as described. Supporting documentation may include but is not limited to: images to demonstrate the issue, a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) or other shipping documents, a highlighted copy of the manifest indicating the missing or damaged items.
